3. Orders & Payments

• Orders can be placed through our official website.

• Prices are displayed in EURO and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• We accept PayPal, Credit/Debit Cards, and other available payment options at checkout.

• Orders are confirmed via email upon successful payment.
   

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer worldwide shipping, with faster delivery in Europe and the USA.

• Estimated delivery times:

  • Germany, Italy, Hungary, Bulgaria, UK, Netherlands: 2-5 business days

  • Spain, France, Portugal: 4-6 business days

  • USA: 5-10 business days

  • Rest of the World: Delivery times vary

• Dispatch times:

  • Deep Black, Marble, and Stone Light: Same-day dispatch if ordered before 12 AM EET; next working day dispatch if ordered after.

  • Muted Blue & Muted Green: Dispatch in 2 business days.

• Delays may occur due to Romanian national holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.
   

5. Returns & Refunds

• Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

• A return form must be completed before sending any items back.

• Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.

• The customer covers return shipping costs. Feature Squad only covers the initial delivery.

• Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.

• Fees for damaged returns:

  • €20 for product damage

  • €10 for connector damage

  • €15 for cable damage

• If return shipping exceeds 15 working days (EU) or 20 working days (USA & Rest of the World), the refund will be canceled.

• Order cancellations are allowed within 24 hours. If canceled via PayPal or Stripe, a 3% transaction fee applies.

• If the order is canceled after dispatch, the customer must pay the delivery fees both ways:

  • €10-15 for EU countries

  • €30 for USA (if shipped from the EU)

  • €15 for USA (if shipped from the USA)
     

6. Warranty & Liability

• Our docking stations come with a 2 years warranty covering manufacturing defects.

• Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.

• Feature Squad is not responsible for damages caused by improper use or third-party software/hardware compatibility.
   

7. Privacy Policy

• We collect and store customer information solely for order processing and customer support.

• We do not share or sell personal data to third parties.

• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (PayPal, Stripe, etc.).
   

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, images, and product designs on this website belong to Feature Squad and are protected by copyright laws.

• Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.
