REFUND POLICY


At Feature Squad, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery (as confirmed by the shipping provider) to submit a return request.

  • To initiate a return, you must fill out the return form available on our website. Returns without a completed form will not be accepted.

  • The product must be returned intact, and the packaging must be in its original condition.
     

Return Shipping & Fees

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Feature Squad only covers the initial delivery.

  • If the returned product is damaged, the following fees will apply:

    • €20 if the product itself is damaged.

    • €10 if the connectors are damaged.

    • €15 if the cable is damaged.

  • If the return shipping takes more than 15 working days (EU) or 20 working days (USA & Rest of the World), the refund will be canceled, and no reimbursement will be issued.
     

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Refunds will be issued to the same account used for the original payment.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
     

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.

  • If the cancellation is made through PayPal or Stripe, a 3% processing fee will be deducted from the refund due to transaction fees.

  • If an order is canceled after it has been dispatched, the customer must cover the delivery fees for both shipping and return.

    • EU countries: Estimated return cost €10-15

    • USA: Estimated return cost €30 (if shipped from the EU) or €15 (if shipped within the USA)

    • Final return shipping costs depend on the destination.
       

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Products that are not in their original condition (e.g., missing parts, damaged packaging) may be subject to additional fees or may be refused.
     

Defective or Wrong Item Received

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
